Two banking companies that I deal with on a daily basis are Regions Bank and Capital One. In multiple reviews, customers are complaining about the current drive-thru restrictions both banks have. Regions constantly post tweets on new and existing products they offer. Regions Bank is currently in a push for eliminating overdraft and return item fees. While there are some complaints on banking, Regions does make an effort to find a solution for the problem. Capital One is pushing for the customer to finance their automobiles and mortgages. It seems that Capital One is easier to conduct business with on issues with unknown charges. There are fewer complaints on Twitter from Capital One clients. Regions Bank does seem to engage my attention with their location close to home and all across the United States. However, Capital One uses social networking more effectively with its use of commercials and visual effects.
