Write a presentation script according to the powerpoint

This is a Balanced Scorecard Project, I have attached the powerpoint(which is a PDF version), and the outline document that includes basic information about the type of organization my group is focusing on (Rural Federally Qualified Health Centers).

I require you to write a script for the first two slides (the title and member names; What is a rural FQHC?), please make a fine introduction for this presentation. Make the script a colloquial way as possible instead of a paper statement.

Just a reminder, please notice that maybe I will need you to revise after I take a look at your work. The script is due Dec.7th 3:00pm EST(tomorrow), I need you to response to my message really speedy or we will miss the due. Thank you for your understanding.

Requirement:

-Some details about your type of organization
-Some of the most important/interesting things you learned about how to think about
performance and performance management/measurement for that type of
organization.

Here are some words that might be helpful:

Rural communities:

• More medicare/medicaid beneficiaries
• Issues with equity & access to care
• More likely to be impacted by opioid epidemic
• Higher incidence of HIV/Cancer/Chronic disease left untreated
• More likely to have issues with insurance and covering health care costs

HRSA Requirements:

• Services offered regardless of ability to pay
• Sliding scale for fees
• Be public/nonprofit
• Community based, must have BOD with patients as members
• Must serve a medically underserved area or population
• Provide comprehensive primary care
• Have a continuous process of quality assurance & improvement
