Choose a health-related Ted Talk to share with your group. It should be one that helped you learn more about the topic (examples of health topics are exercise, stress management, alcohol, drugs, etc.). In your initial post, tell us 1) the title and speaker, and 2) a summary of the Ted Talk–how you would explain it to a friend. This discussion board is worth 10 points:
